-Roasted Beet, Feta & Walnuts with Dijon Vinaigrette over Arugula
-Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Pecans, Pomegranate and Blue Cheese

Main Course:
-Coq Au Vin (Braised Chicken) with Butternut, Brussel Sprout Winter Panzanella
-Mushroom Bourguignon over Creamy Mashed Potatoes
-Braised Brisket with Horseradish Gremolata over Whipped Parsnip

-Cheesecake Trio Sampler with Lime, Coconut and Raspberry Cheesecake
